01 | ASSESS

KNOW WHERE YOU ARE.

An effective plan begins with an honest understanding of the pitcher. We evaluate your delivery alongside the body producing it to identify what needs attention and what you can build upon.

THE PITCHING DELIVERY

DVS Score

Understand how your delivery influences your performance and durability. The DVS Score objectively evaluates six components of your pitching sequence, producing a score from 0–24. Your individual component scores provide insight into injury risk and performance potential, helping identify development priorities and establish a baseline to measure progress.

THE BODY & ARM

Body & Arm Assessment

Understand the body behind your delivery. We evaluate shoulder range of motion and function, mobility, strength, and stability alongside your injury history. These findings help identify physical limitations and guide the throwing, training, and recovery work needed to support your delivery and meet the demands of pitching.

Shoulder Function · Mobility · Strength & Stability

Your Starting Point. Your Development Priorities.

Together, your delivery and physical assessments show us where to focus—so your plan is built around what you need.
